Short Term Program on
Intercultural
Management and
Communication
The Management
Institute of Canada offers a
specific
program on Intercultural Management
and Communication.
Supported
by "The MIC-Canadian Private Overseas Online Program (MCPOP)",
Intercultural Management and Communication course is
being designed for the Eastern European, Central
Asian and African applicants and executives.
The case
studies in relation to Management and Communication
are being created by the MIC professors, those how
have a significant professional experiences in these
regions.
An
important case study is prepared related to the
implementation of the Chevron Company in the north of
Kazakhstan. This study focuses on the intercultural
issues between the local workers, executives,
administrators and the foreign employees working at
the Company coming from other Central Asian countries,
Turkey, Europe or USA. The nature of this value
confrontations and its result at the level of
management and interpersonal Communication, are at the
heart of the indicated study.
The MIC
Short Term Program will be offered through the
Internet as an independent course.
